Apo-Clomipramine (Clomipramine HCL) is a type of medication known as a tricyclic antidepressant. How should I use Apo-Clomipramine (Clomipramine Hydrochloride)?
Apo-Clomipramine (Clomipramine HCL) tablets should be taken orally, with or without food. In order to avoid stomach upset, it is common for physicians to direct patients to take a low dose, which is often given in several smaller doses throughout the day, together with meals, and to gradually increase the dosage over time so that the body can get used to the medication.
